On Wednesday, two of the top athletes to ever roam the planet were asked to respond to Donald Trump's controversial "locker room talk" comments. One of those athletes, Tom Brady, responded by walking out of his press conference. But the other, LeBron James, stood his ground and took a stand against what Trump said and how he responded to the outrage after his words got out.

"What is locker room talk to me? It's not what that guy said," LeBron said. "We don't disrespect women in no shape or fashion in our locker room. That never comes up. Obviously, I got a mother-in-law, a wife, a mom, and a daughter, and those conversations just don't go on in our locker room. What goes on in our locker room is sporting events that happened the night before, about family, about strategies that we may have that night, about a highlight that made it happen—if it was a home run in the bottom of the ninth or it was an alley-oop from a player the night before—that's what happens in our locker room. What that guy was saying, I don't know what that is. That's trash talk."

It's worth noting that LeBron chose not to call Trump by name but instead referred to him as "that guy."
