Tom Brady's diet is insane. According to an interview that his family's personal chef Allen Campbell did with Boston.com back in January, the Patriots quarterback doesn't eat anything that has sugar, flour, MSG, tomatoes, mushrooms, or, well, anything even remotely unhealthy in it. He's never had a single sip of coffee in his life. More than 80 percent of everything he eats falls into the "fruits and vegetables" category. And as a snack—er, "snack"?—Brady likes to kick back with a big tiny bowl of avocado ice cream.

With all of that in mind, we thought it'd be just about impossible for us to be surprised about anything when it comes to Brady's diet, but on Wednesday, New York Magazine published an interview with No. 12 and, in it, he revealed what may be the most surprising aspect of his diet. While talking about what he eats, he said that he "doesn't love strawberries" before readily admitting that he's never actually eaten a strawberry in his entire life. That's right. Brady is 39, which means he's spent more than 14,000 days on Earth, and yet, he's never (not once!) tried a strawberry—and he's dead-set against doing it.

"I've never eaten a strawberry in my life," he told NY Mag. "I have no desire to do that."

No desire? "Absolutely not," he said.

Brady has done a lot of great things in his career, but "never eating a strawberry" might go down as one of his most improbable accomplishment. Go here to read his entire NY Mag interview.
