The Denver Nuggets and Indiana Pacers will travel to London for a regular-season game at The O2 on January 12th 2017.

The announcement was made via Facebook Live from the NBA’s European headquarters in London with Nuggets guard Gary Harris in attendance. The team logos were revealed in a specially commissioned piece of street art in Stockwell, London.

Tickets for the game will go on sale at the beginning of the 2016-17 NBA season. Fans in the U.K. will be able to watch the game live on BT Sport, while fans in Europe will be able to view it through the NBA’s official local broadcast partners.

The Nuggets’ roster currently features Danilo Gallinari (Italy), who led the team in scoring last season with a career-high 19.5 points per game, and 2014 FIBA World Cup gold medalist Kenneth Faried (U.S.).  The Pacers are currently led by three-time NBA All-Star and 2016 USA Basketball team member Paul George (U.S.) and 2015 NBA All-Star Jeff Teague (U.S.).

The game will mark both teams’ first trip to the U.K. and the league’s seventh regular-season game in London. In addition to the oncourt action, NBA Global Games London 2017 will feature a variety of interactive fan activities, NBA Cares community outreach initiatives and Jr. NBA basketball programs that will bring the NBA experience to fans in London.
