Johnny Manziel has had a whirlwind offseason consisting almost entirely of terrible life decisions. Because of that, it might be hard for you to keep track of every screw-up he's made.

But the video above, which was captured by (who else?!) TMZ, is tied to the screw-up he made in April when Manziel and a bunch of his buddies rented a $4.5 million mansion and allegedly racked up about $20,000 in damages (not bad for a two-day weekend, eh?).

After trying in vain for several weeks to recoup his losses, Nicholas Goodwin, the real estate broker who rented the house to Manziel, has opted to go the lawsuit route. And on Wednesday night, while Manziel was—wait for it—partying at The Nice Guy restaurant in Los Angeles, he was served with papers for a $40,000 lawsuit. Previously, Goodwin had threatened to file a lawsuit against the Heisman winner by saying, "If they don’t respond to our demand for compensation, we will sue.”

Goodwin is accusing Manziel—who reportedly rented the house under the name "Travis"—and his party of breaking a bathroom door, shattering a glass table, and staining the home's carpet with wine and cigarettes. Additionally, there was said to be drugs and alcohol scattered throughout the property.

Two hours after he was supposed to vacate the property, Manziel was reportedly passed out on a couch with "mushrooms [still out] on the table in front of him." Goodwin is now reportedly asking for $40,000 in damages in the lawsuit he filed.

Manziel didn't look too worried after he was served. He picked up the papers after they fell on the ground, hopped into a Rolls-Royce with a female companion, and made his way over to a nightclub.
