The friendship that Floyd Mayweather and Justin Bieber developed a few years ago resulted in several memorable ring entrances for the (temporarily?) retired boxer. And if all goes according to plan, it could also lead to a couple rappers signed to Mayweather's TMT Music Group walking other boxers out to the ring while their music plays in the future.

In 2015, Mayweather's label inked two rappers, Lil Jamez and Jay Bling, and it sounds like he is sparing no expense when it comes to trying to turn them into household names. According to TMZ Sports, Mayweather is throwing a crapload of resources at both of them and paying for them to fly all over the country to perform. He's also promoting them on his social media accounts and helping them land media placements (like the story TMZ Sports ran on Tuesday!). And thanks to his relationships with artists like Bieber, he's even connecting them with artists who are mentoring them along the way. In addition to working with Biebs, they're also reportedly working with Future, The Game, DJ Khaled, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, The Weeknd, Flo Rida, and more. It feels like Lil Jamez and Jay Bling are both sitting on winning lottery tickets.

According to Lil Jamez, Bieber has been especially helpful. "Bieber is an amazing person," he told TMZ Sports. "He just keeps telling me to live life and make music and just be consistent with my music.”

Here's video of the TMT Music Group artists performing—with Mayweather, of course—at the Hard Rock Live in Las Vegas over the weekend. It's obviously a very small sample size but feel free to judge how the various mentorships Mayweather has arranged are helping out based on the music you hear here:
