If you have something negative to say about LeGarrette Blount on Twitter, there’s a good chance that he will see it and respond to you.

Earlier this month, he took aim at a Twitter user who called him out for tweeting too much about NBA games:

Less being in my business and minding your own 😉 https://t.co/sRxUZTNwcd

Earlier this week, he responded to a Twitter user who suggested that he lose a few pounds in the NFL offseason like Eddie Lacy has:

I'm in the @NFL and I have to say I'm pretty nice at my job haha do you mind tellin me what you do exactly broke guy https://t.co/60vz37h0Hb

And over the course of the last 12 hours or so, Blount has gone at it with a Twitter user who started things off by calling him “ugly” last night.

After reading a story about how the Patriotswere recently voted the most attractive team in the NFL, Twitter user @darrinvarnum responded to the report with this tweet:

Blount saw it and fired back with this:

@darrinvarnum couldn’t believe Blount took the time to respond and sent back this:

He also said that he was fine with what Blount had said about him:

And if things had ended there, it probably wouldn’t have been a big deal. But a short time later, Blount’s former teammate Akiem Hicks—who now plays for the Bears—sent this to Blount:

And @darrinvarnum responded to him andwith this tweet, which he has since deleted:

Blount didn’t respond to the tweet right away, but when he got around to seeing it this morning, he responded with this:

He also sent this out to all of his followers:

And while Blount hasn’t had anything else to say about the situation, @darrinvarnum has attempted to explain himself. In addition to deleting the “burnt piece of toast” tweet, he sent out this series of tweets:

He also revealed that Blount has blocked him:

Let this be a lesson to anyone out there who tries to troll Blount—or hell, any professional athlete—on Twitter: Don’t do it.
