Michael Jordanhates rap. At least, that’s what N.O.R.E. said during an interview with Rap Radar earlier this week. He even went as far as to tell a story about the time that MJ allegedly blew off a bunch of rappers at a Def Jam Christmas party. According to N.O.R.E., MJ spoke with Jay Z at the party but refused to speak with rappers like Redman and Method Man.
TMZ Sports reached out to a rep for MJ today who said that N.O.R.E. isn’t telling the truth. According to the rep, MJ doesn’t know what N.O.R.E. is talking about and does not hate rap.
“MJ wasn’t at this party, doesn’t know N.O.R.E., and is a fan of ALL music,” the rep said. “Drake is in his brand, and Nelly is a partner of his with the Charlotte Hornets.”
