Matt Barnes has paid a lot of money to the NBA over the last few months for making comments like this about Derek Fisher, so you’re probably not going to hear him say anything about the now-former Knicks head coach anytime soon. But a short time after Fisher got fired by the Knicks today, Barnes posted the photo below on Instagram without a caption. And while he didn’t actually say anything, did he even have to? The look on his face pretty much says it all, doesn’t it?
This isn’t quite as good as Barnes’ infamous New Year’s Day IG post, but it still got his point across without putting a dent in his bank account. Well played.
