Carmelo Anthony is not going anywhere anytime soon.

After testing the free agency market during the summer 2014, and ultimately signing the $129-million contract with a no-trade clause, Carmelo Anthony is dedicated to being a New York Knick. It's just speculative whether or not the Knicks are still dedicated to having him on their team.

This past Thursday, a report from ESPN's Ian Begley stated that the nine-time All-Star was the subject of trade talks between the Celtics and the Knicks front offices before the NBA trade deadline of February 18th.  When Melo was asked about the alleged deal being blocked by himself the following Friday, he responded by saying, "Heck no."

The 31-year old old NBAer is apparently sticking the no-trade clause in his contract, simply because nothing beats being The Man with the big bucks in The Big Apple, even on a mediocre team. Plus, who doesn't want the luxury of playing with Kristaps Porzingis?
