The Warriors got some good news today when Steve Kerr revealed that he will be returning to coach the team tonight when Golden State takes on the Pacers. The Cavaliers, however, got some bad news (or maybe good news, depending on who you ask?) when they reportedly fired their head coach David Blatt. Yahoo! Sports reporter Adrian Wojnarowski dropped the Woj bomb a short time ago:

Wojnarowski also revealed Tyronn Lue will take over as the team's head coach:

Assistant Ty Lue has agreed to a multi-year deal as new Cavaliers head coach, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Blatt has been on the hot seat for almost his entire tenure in Cleveland, but it’s still kind of surprising that the team chose now to fire him. Safe to say LeBron James decided it was time for him to go?
