Peyton Manning was benched after his miserable performance against the Chiefs in November. Brock Osweiler suffered the same fate today against the Chargers. He wasn't nearly as bad as Manning was, but with two thrown interceptions, the Broncos switched it up.
For the first time since Nov. 15, Manning went under center. And on his first drive, the Broncos scored a touchdown. Manning didn't have to do that much; he completed two short passes and let C.J. Anderson lead the way in that 80-yard drive. He busted out a huge 27-yard run before punching it in with a 1-yarder.
