After Achilles tear prematurely ends 2015 season.

Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith planned on 2015 being his final season in the NFL, but he didn't plan on tearing his Achilles to end it (probably). Because of that premature and excruciating Nov. 1 close to his 15th year in the league, the five-time Pro Bowler is reportedly planning on playing in 2016 if he's healthy enough. So far he's off to a good start as he's already out of his walking boot.

Smith has 951 career receptions, good for 15th all-time, 13,932 yards, good for 11th all-time, and 76 touchdown grabs, good for 24th all-time. This season he was far and away Baltimore's leading receiver (46 catches, 670 yards) before his heel snapped.

If he does decide to return next year he'll be an ancient-by-NFL-standards 37-years-old.
