Now, we can't be sure, but that certainly looks like All Blacks centre Malakai Fekitoa partying up in the most milennial way possible; knocking back his celebratory drinks from an all-black Yeezy Boost 350.
The All Blacks are riding high after their second consecutive Rugby World Cup triumph, and athletes have different ways of celebrating; some might spend the night drinking from traditional glass sources, singing the team song repeatedly, pouring champagne on eachother or dousing the coach in Gatorade. Or, some people might like to kick back with a bottle of beer and a fresh pair of $500 sneakers. No laws against that.
The pic was a screenshot from Snapchat which was then shared to a Facebook sneaker group. While it's not certain the sneaker-slurper is Fekitoa, the evidence is all there. He's a sneakerhead and a big Snapchat user, and the wallpaper in the celebration pic below certainly bears a striking resemblance to the wallpaper in the Yeezy pic.
Congratulations to the All Blacks and Malakai. Drink everything you can from #veryrare sneakers bro, you earned it.
