Christian Malik Pryor, a walk-on wide receiver for the Fresno State football team, was reportedly arrested late Monday after he allegedly posted an anonymous message on the social media app Yik Yak threatening to open fire on the Fresno State campus.

According to the Fresno Bee, Pryor said he was planning to “release my frustrations” in the Yik Yak post and that he specified the kind of weapon that he was going to use to do it.

“the time is here,” he allegedly wrote on Yik Yak. “@3PM I will release my frustrations. Tired of dirty looks, get rejected, nd being talked about bc how I dress. My choice of weapon M4 Carbine…”

Pryor himself reportedly responded to the message on Twitter yesterday afternoon by writing, “it sounds like a joke but be safe,” as Fresno State students made their way off campus to avoid the threat. But the Fresno Bee is reporting that Fresno State Police were later able to track the anonymous Yik Yak message back to Pryor’s computer. He was reportedly arrested a short time later and charged with making a criminal threat. His bail was set at $20,000.
