Blame it on LeBron James.

How about this? Well, no more of that. Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com reports that the team has banned its players from using hoverboards in Quicken Loans Arena.

You could blame the change on LeBron James. He reportedly "questioned" the team's professionalism in mid-October. As a result, the team had a meeting before the regular season's tip-off that led to the hoverboard ban and "caused some players to spruce up their pregame and postgame attire."

It's a fair ask. The Cavaliers are at the top of the Eastern Conference with a 13-4 record, and it's possibly their destiny to once again meet the Warriors in the Finals. Golden State is still undefeated, so Cleveland needs to be on point and away from those hoverboards. Who needs hoverboards anyways? They don't even really hover.
