Former UFC fighter Jason “Mayhem” Miller has had his fair share of bizarre run-ins with police over the last couple years.

Last October, Miller holed himself up inside of his California home after police tried to serve him with a warrant for domestic violence, criminal contempt, and stalking charges and live-tweeted the entire incident. This past March, he was arrested after allegedly fighting with and spitting on four cops inside of a restaurant in Laguna Beach, Calif. He has also been arrested on a number of other occasions for some truly ridiculous things (like ransacking a church!). And now, he has reportedly been arrested again for getting into an altercation with police.

According to TMZ Sports, police responded to a call about a disturbance between Miller and two women at his home. When they got there, Miller was reportedly “aggressive and uncooperative.” And at one point, he even picked up a ceramic tile and threw it at them and threatened to do the same with a fire extinguisher and a metal pole. Eventually, the cops had to hit him with a taser to get him to calm down, and it apparently took almost 10 minutes to subdue him.

Miller was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer. He’s currently being held on $50,000 bail. After all he has done, how was this guy not already behind bars?
