After spending the last "several months" watching a home in Quincy, Mass. believed to belong to a drug dealer, the authorities decided that it was time to execute a search warrant after seeing a drug deal go down on Tuesday. During the raid, Capt. John Dougan says the police found "a significant number" of oxycodone pills, police scanners, $9,000 in cash and oh, would you look at that, a stolen 2004 Red Sox World Series ring!

Capt. Dougan is uncertain how the ring ended up in the residence, but said it didn't belong to a player or member of the coaching staff. Instead, it belonged a team employee.

The individual who lived in the house and the two men who were allegedly involved in the selling of pills are expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
