Halloween is a little more than a month away, but doctors are unsure if a 10-year-old boy named Elijah, who is battling a rare form of cancer, will be able to celebrate his favorite holiday. So, Halloween came early on Sutro Forest Drive in Concord, N.C.
People in the community threw on their costumes early as well and joined Elijah, who dressed up as The Joker. Kids went door to door, candy was distributed and Cam Newton even stopped by. Yes, you read that last sentence correctly.
After hearing about Elijah's battle and the early Halloween festivities on Friday night, Cam decided to stop by.
According to Twitter user @darkmastermindz, Newton brought an ice cream truck and brownies with him.
Cam is an awesome NFL player. No doubt. But he's an even more incredible person.
