Retired All-Black and Brisbane Bronco Brad Thorn has proven he has zero chill, sending a UK reality TV star to hospital during a 'friendly' Rugby Aid charity match at Twickenham Stoop. Things seem to have been a little lop-sided as the the code-crossing crusher lined up alongside former rugby greats as part of a 'Rest of the World' team, who took on an England squad made up of a bunch of celebrities.
I guess nobody told the notoriously hard-nosed Thorn the game was for charity, as he lunged at Made In Chelsea lightweight Jamie Laing during the game, flipping the TV star over and slamming him into the pitch. Laing was hospitalised with what was found to be two broken ribs.
Laing later commented via social media, claiming he 'loved every minute', which is clearly a lie.
