UPDATE: RGIII walked off the field slowly after hit. He was down for more than 3 minutes.

He reportedly underwent testing for both a right shoulder injury and a concussion (which he was reportedly cleared of).

Just a few days ago RG3's comments over believing he's the "best" quarterback in the league went viral. After a night like tonight he'd be lucky to even have a chance to prove it by the time the regular season kicks off.
