Shaquille O'Neal doesn't like Scottie Pippen very much right now. Last week, Shaq tried to start a silly debate on Instagram about the best Lakers and Bulls players of all time—and it turned into a war of words between Shaq and Scottie. So of course, Shaq addressed it on his latest episode of "The Big Podcast With Shaq."
While doing so, Shaq—who repeatedly referred to Pippen as a "sidekick" during his Instagram battle with him (see Exhibit A in the photo above)—found a number of ways to insult Pippen. If only he had thought to turn a beat on, he probably could have freestyled his way through the segment and shown Meek Millhow you're supposed to react when someone comes at you.
Here are all of the different insults that Shaq came up with for Pippen on his podcast:
- "I'm the bridge, he's the water. He will always be under me."
- "He made it personal when he put @Shaq 'We got six rings,' like he was the main focus of the six rings. You were not the main focus of the six rings. Don't make me pull out the scouting report. You wasn't even a factor in the scouting report. It was all about Mike!"
- "When you say top 10 players, his name will never be mentioned. When you say top 20 players, his name maybe will be mentioned."
- "You're a Benz, you're a 550, I'm a 600, V12, OK?"
- "BUM!"
- "We all know you're a second fiddle. You will always be a second fiddle."
- "Don't be acting towards me like you're somebody when I know who you really are."
- "You're Robin, you're not Batman! You're not Puffy, you're Mase!"
- "You're not the man, you've never been the man."
- "When Mike left, you didn't do nothing. The only thing you did was cry and whine when Phil didn't give you the last shot. He gave it to Toni Kukoc, who was a much better player than you."
- "When you left and went to Houston, what did you do? Nothing!"
- "You get on Instagram with your six rings. Those are Mike's six rings."
