The second half of the 2015 MLB season didn't go off to a smooth start last night for the Washington Nationals and Los Angeles Dodgers. During the fourth inning of Friday's contest, four banks of lights on the third base side of Nationals Park started to malfunction, resulting in an 82-minute delay. After the lights failed to work properly again, the game was suspended for the next day.

Earlier today, the Nationals addressed the power failure situation.

When the game was officially suspended for Saturday, the Nationals' Max Scherzer and Joc Pederson of the Dodgers had a different theory and they're pointing their fingers at Taylor Swift.

Well who was the last one to use Nationals Park last? Taylor Swift.. I blame her for the power outs tonight. We now have #BadBlood

Even though these tweets appear to be just playful responses, let's see how Pederson feels after continuing Friday's contest and possibly completing Saturday's game today.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé is probably hearing about Taylor "possibly causing" a power outage for a sporting event with a smile on her face.

Right, Bey?
