Better rapper as of right now: Future or Meek Mill?

That's the question that Nets forward Quincy Miller posed on Twitter earlier this afternoon:

Future or Meek album?

— Quincy Miller (@qmillertime) July 18, 2015

It's a fair question, given that both artists have released well-received albums—Dirty Sprite 2 and Dreams Worth More Than Money, respectively—over the course of the last few weeks. But it led to a brief Twitter spat between Miller's fellow NBA players Brandon Jennings and Ekpe Udoh. It seems Jennings is riding for Future:

But Udoh doesn't necessarily agree:

@qmillertime meek

— Ekpe Udoh (@EkpeUdoh) July 18, 2015

@BrandonJennings how can u say it's not close?!?!

— Ekpe Udoh (@EkpeUdoh) July 18, 2015

Jennings responded to Udoh by downplaying Meek's album:

And Udoh did the same for Future's:

@BrandonJennings ummm he's the hottest out but that album was overhyped

— Ekpe Udoh (@EkpeUdoh) July 18, 2015

So he sided with Meek over Future as far as their most recent albums go:

I'm taking Meek over Future album wise

— Ekpe Udoh (@EkpeUdoh) July 18, 2015

And that didn't sit well with Jennings who fired back at him with this:

So who do you have? Either way, Jennings said there's no way Future or Meek is topping Drake:

*shrugs* So does it really even matter?
