It was a rematch of last year's final with the same result: Novak Djokovic bested Roger Federer in London for his second straight (and third overall) Wimbledon championship, although this time he did it in four sets (7-6 [7-1], 6-7 [12-10], 6-4, 6-3) instead of five.  To commemorate his monumental achievement Djokovic first celebrated like a human:

The victory for the 28-year-old Djokovic gives him nine Grand Slam titles which allows him to pass three legends at once: Andre Agassi, Jimmy Connors and Ivan Lendl. It also evens up his career record against all-time leader Federer (20-20).
