Gilbert Arenas and his longtime girlfriend Laura Govan have been going through a really messy breakup in recent months. Govan actually sued Agent Zero a few months ago and made a series of accusations against him—most notably, she claimed that he "forcefully took" a $1 million engagement ring back from her—and it doesn't appear that they're going to be reconciling anytime soon. The video above seems to show just how crazy the end of their relationship has been.
According to Arenas, who posted this video on Instagram last night before TMZ Sports put it up a short time later, the video was actually taken sometime last year. It shows Arenas picking up a cinder block and repeatedly throwing it at a Mercedes that he owns. It's really bizarre, but in his Instagram post, he explained that he went wild after Govan busted a bunch of windows in their home. He also said that he was very upset after Govan threw his laptop into the couple's pool.
"I don't remember my #Netflix passed it was autosaved, you piece of shyt," he wrote. "u take a person #Netflix away, nothing else matters."
Additionally, Arenas issued a statement to TMZ Sports in his Instagram caption for the video. "#TMZ here's my comment," he wrote, "I LIKE NETFLIX…"
Uhhh...what?! Netflix jokes aside, this is another indication of how crazy things were—and maybe still are?—between Arenas and Govan.
