There's some very sad MLB news coming out of Pearland, Texas.

According to Pearland police, former MLB player Darryl Hamilton, 50, has been identified as one of the two victims found in an alleged murder-suicide on Sunday. Authorities reportedly responded to a disturbance at Hamilton's home and found his body near the entrance to it. They also found a 44-year-old woman named Monica Jordan dead inside the home. They believe that Jordan shot and killed Hamilton before taking her own life. Hamilton and Jordan were the parents of a 14-month-old child that was also located inside the home during the incident but was unharmed.

Hamilton spent 13 seasons in MLB and played for the Brewers, Rangers, Giants, Rockies, and Mets. Most recently, he served as a studio analyst for MLB Network.
