Former WWE star Scott Hall, a.k.a. Razor Ramon, has dealt with substance abuse issues for years now. And even though he was reportedly clean prior to this past weekend, it appears as though he's dealing with them again.
According to TMZ Sports, Hall was scheduled to host a meet-and-greet with fans at the Skate and Surf Music Festival in Asbury Park, N.J. on Saturday. But he showed up to the festival drunk and was in no condition to attend the event. So he was asked by the event's promoters to sober up. And when he failed to do so—and demanded to be paid for his appearance—security escorted him off the premises.
