J.R. Smith's Instagram account features plenty of selfies. But it's safe to say that none of them have a back story quite as strong as the selfie that he posted to IG late last night after the Cavaliers completed their sweep of the Hawks to advance to the NBA Finals.
In the middle of a press conference that included himself, LeBron James, and Tristan Thompson, J.R. decided that he wanted to snap a selfie. So he pulled out his phone and took one. Both LeBron and Thompson realized what he was doing and took part in the selfie. And the result is this photo, which went up on J.R.'s IG account a short time later:
If anyone else had done this, we'd probably be surprised by it. But this is J.R. we're talking about, the same guy who also posted this last night:
