Clippers Beat Rockets in Game 3, Twitter Gives Austin Rivers His Deserved Props

Game 3 wasn't even close.

Austin Riverreally came up after just one game, aye? The guard went from this:

To this:

Of course, one of the main storylines of this game was the return of Chris Paul after missing the first two games. Some folks thought he was gonna go in, but something better happened. It was Austin Rivers who was cooking. J.J. Redick led the Clippers with 31 points, but Rivers surprised with a 25-point performance in a crucial Game 3. The harder Rivers goes (without busting his ass), the more time Paul has to rest that hamstring.

Even more importantly, we might've even watched a star being born. It's OK to be a proud dad, Doc. Chris Paul approves.

And oh yeah: The Rockets got smacked, 124-99, thanks to a 23-0 run that started late in the third. No props for the Rockets. All the props for Austin.
