You can get over a lot of things in seven years, but an NBA team leaving you behind as they skip town isn't one of them (apparently). Still pissed about their beloved SuperSonics becoming their loathed Oklahoma City Thunder, Seattle (or, at least, a venue in it) is hosting a party to celebrate OKC's failure to make the postseason. Co-hosting this event is none other than former All-Star/guy above giving you seizure, Shawn Kemp.
It seems like sour grapes (especially considering their tiny little hamlet has title contenders in both the NFL and MLB), but the people of Emerald City miss their pro hoops. If you somehow are in the Seattle area, the party is currently going on (we think) at Neumos. If you're reading this tomorrow (which is entirely possible probable) you "missed" it. And by "missed" we mean that you didn't pay $15 to hang out with Shawn Kemp.
So strictly in the literal sense.
