As recently as February, there were some people who didn't think there was any way Johnny Manziel's relationship with his girlfriend Colleen Crowley was going to last once he returned home from rehab. If you've followed their relationship on Instagram, then you know that, prior to his rehab stint, the two were frequently shown partying together. So the thought was that Manziel kicking his bad habits would ultimately drive them apart.
That could still obviously happen. But if it does, it looks like it'll require a few tattoo removal or cover-up sessions for Crowley. Because last night, she put up this photo on Instagram and it appears as though she had a heartbeat tattooed on her arm recently along with what appears to be Manziel's signature:
The good thing is that, if the two ever do break up, her tattoo would be a fairly easy fix. But still, this took some real commitment! And it might be a sign that Manziel is in good shape right now on a personal level. We can almost hear the wedding rumors now...
