Doubt it. However, last night, the two were spotted hanging out at a club in the Bahamas together. Lochte has been there for a few days now training:

And while we have absolutely no idea how much "hanging out" they did on Thursday night, at least one person on Twitter claimed that she danced with both of them inside the DJ booth at the club:
