If you tried to even attempt Dez Bryant’s ab workout, you’d probably end up puking all over yourself. And we say all over yourself because, well, Bryant does this insane workout hanging upside down with his legs wrapped around a punching bag. Ya, you read that right. We’re not sure if these sit-ups/crunches will help him hold onto the ball-we had to, Dez-but they certainly have him in ridiculous shape.
