Following a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl party in Atlanta on New Year's Eve, one person decided to get an Uber  to get home. Little did this individual know that instead of putting their current home address, their hometown address in Mississippi was entered. A couple of hours (and a long nap) later, this person woke up in an entirely different state and if it couldn't get any worse: a $908 tab.

Cousin left NYE @CFAPeachBowl party, got in @uber, woke up in Mississippi with a $900 tab. Accidentally entered home address and passed out.

Let this incident be a lesson to everyone out there. Double, hell, triple check the address you enter, especially during the holiday season. These drivers are probably more than willing to cash in on your mistakes whenever possible. Even if it means driving a few extra hours to get a couple more hundreds in their pockets.
