The Dion Waiters experiment is never going to work in Oklahoma City now that the Thunder have landed him in a three-team trade with the Cavaliers and Knicks. At least, that's what Twitter seems to think. The Thunder did need to add another scorer to their lineup. But a lot of people out there believe that, with Russell Westbrook and Waiters in the mix, Kevin Durant is going to have a tough time getting his hands on the ball moving forward:

1.

Anyone else anticipating the Thunder losing a playoff game because KD can't get Westbrook or Waiters to give him the ball?

Not to worry, though. KD was asked about OKC's acquisition of Waiters last night and it sounds like he's all for it. He even has a plan in place in order to make Waiters feel right at home with the Thunder:

Kevin Durant on Dion Waiters: "We're going to make him feel wanted. I don't think he's felt that the last few years."

So while this Vine of Thunder head coach Scott Brooks talking about the trade for Waiters might not scream, "WE CAN'T WAIT TO HAVE DION WAITERS ON OUR TEAM!"...

3.

...it sounds like KD is going to make the most of having another scoring threat on his side.

Think KD's plan will work? Or is KD going to be side-eyeing Waiters for taking one too many threes by his second game with the Thunder? Only time will tell.
