The Florida State football team did not bring their A-game during the Rose Bowl yesterday. They played one of their worst games in recent memory and lost 59-20 to Oregon in the semifinal round of the College Football Playoff. But that didn't stop their band from bringing the heat during their halftime performance.

As part of their routine, the FSU band spelled out Beyoncé's name when they took the field:

The band's performance didn't lead to an FSU victory. But it did provide the Seminoles with at least one memorable highlight on the day.
