There wasn't much action in the NBA last night. And the games that were on weren't really all that exciting, which was fine with us considering all the excitement surrounding the Rose Bowl and, later, the Sugar Bowl. But there was at least one play worth watching in the Nuggets/Bulls game last night—and you can check it out in the clip above.
With about four minutes to go in the game and Chicago leading Denver by six, Derrick Rose picked off a pass, dribbled down the court, and threw a lob to Jimmy Butler, who added to the impressive highlight reel that he's put together so far this season by grabbing the ball and slamming it home. It gave the Bulls an eight-point lead and eventually the Bulls were able to put the Nuggets away 106-101.
