Back in late August, 49ers defensive end Ray McDonald was arrested after an alleged domestic violence incident at his home. Police eventually decided not to charge McDonald with a crime. But now, McDonald's name is back in the news again following an alleged sexual assault in San Jose, Calif.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, a woman is claiming that McDonald sexually assaulted her at his home earlier this week. A search warrant was served at McDonald's home yesterday after the alleged sexual assault was reported to police. And while McDonald hasn't been charged with a crime yet, police are looking into the woman's claims at the moment.
