Tomorrow, the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers will matchup in a basically meaningless game held in Boston's TD Garden. This morning, in advance of their coming showdown, a visiting Kobe Bryant and Celtics guard Rajon Rondo sat down in Boston to share a nice breakfast together. You know what this means:
Kobe & Rondo grabbed breakfast in Boston. KB loves him. LAL could probably get RR for two 1sts + Nash expiring deal. pic.twitter.com/PYeEt0zI04

RAJON RONDO IS GOING TO THE LAKERS KOBE BRYANT IS ABOUT TO BECOME A BOSTON CELTICS OMG OMG OMG.
We kid, we kid. Seriously, though, the idea of the Celtics shipping Rondo off to Los Angeles isn't completely far-fetched; Celtics GM Danny Ainge has proved to us time and time again that no one's position on the team is completely secure so long as he's in charge of the front office. On top of that, Rondo has previously expressed his desire to be traded out of Boston.
Furthermore, the idea of Rondo and Kobe playing together is too good for anyone to pass up. These are two of the surliest players in the NBA. If they were on a team together, they'd constantly be in an unspoken battle to see who could display the most chemistry-killing body language possible. It'd be a thing of beauty.
The NBA trade deadline is Feb. 20. The clock is ticking. Let's get this deal done.
