Could Rajon Rondo's days with the Boston Celtics numbered? According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, the Celtics have been engaged in "serious" discussions over the last couple of days about dealing Rondo with several teams and the Dallas Mavericks have "emerged as a motivated suitor." The Mavericks are believed to be offering a "2015 first-round pick with limited lottery protection" while ESPN's Marc Stein says forward/center Brandan Wright, multiple draft picks and other players will be a part of any trade involving the four-time All-Star point guard.

Stein is also reporting that other teams, like the Houston Rockets, New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings, are also in talks with the Celtics for Rondo.
