Usually when athletes takes shots at a city, it's something along the lines of Reggie Bush saying that Buffalo doesn't have any attractive women. We can't speak to the physical features of the female population of Buffalo, but it's not a surprise that most athletes aren't fans of cold weather cities.
Ask an athlete about New Orleans, though, with Bourbon Street and Mardi Gras and enormous drinks and some of the finest, ahem, gentlemen's clubs in all the land, and their eyes light up. That is, unless you're Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper.
Down in the Big Easy ahead of the Crimson Tide's College Football Playoff game against Ohio State on New Year's Day, Cooper didn't have the greatest things to say about the home of Lil' Wayne. Peep Sports Illustrated's Stewart Mandel's tweet.
Ouch. Amari Cooper: "No disrespect to the place, but I don't really like New Orleans." Says too much going on, and it smells bad.

So fine, New Orleans might smell faintly of vomit from a bunch of bros in backwards hats who just can't handle the good life. But you can drink things called Hurricanes in the middle of the street, play a banjo for money and spend four straight days in a strip club and no one will even look at you sideways! Come on, Amari! Live a little!
The Saints probably won't have a shot at drafting the kid, but it's safe to say he's going to get booed pretty hard by the Saints faithful moving forward.
