Matt Forte

Chicago wrapped up a disastrous 5-11 season with a 13-9 loss at Minnesota, but it wasn’t all bad news for the Bears this year. With eight receptions, Forte reached 102 catches on the season and bested the old mark of 101, set by Larry Centers in 1995.

Odell Beckham Jr.

Beckham capped off the greatest opening 12-game stretch ever for a wide receiver, hauling in 12 passes for 185 yards and a touchdown to bring his season total up to 91-1305-12. The 91 grabs are the most ever by a player in his first 12 games, as are his yard and touchdown totals.

DeMarco Murray

Murray passed all-time rushing leader Emmitt Smith for the most rushing yards in a season for the Cowboys. Murray ran for 100-plus yards in a game 12 times and finished the season with 1845 yards on an astonishing 393 carries.

Dez Bryant

Bryant hauled in two touchdown passes to raise his total to 16 for the season, surpassing Terrell Owens’ record from 2007. He finishes the season with 88 catches for 1320 yards to go with his 16 TDs, and enters free agency ready to make a lot of money.

J.J. Watt

Watt’s MVP campaign got another huge boost today, as he picked up three more sacks against the Jacksonville Jaguars to raise his total for the season to 20. In doing so, he became the first player in NFL history to record 20-plus sacks in consecutive seasons.

Justin Houston

Houston won the NFL sack title, bringing down Philip Rivers four times to bring his total to the season for 22. Not only did he break the Chiefs franchise record set by Hall of Famer Derrick Thomas, but he finished just half a sack short of the NFL’s all-time record set by Michael Strahan.
