The Ohio State Buckeyes took out long-time rival Michigan 42-28 today, but the victory came at a great cost. After racking up 265 total yards and three touchdowns in the first three quarters, QB JT Barrett's leg got caught beneath a tackler on the first play of the fourth. Barrett (a Heisman hopeful with a nation-leading 45 total touchdowns) was carted off the field with an air cast wrapped around his leg.
The initial, unconfirmed diagnosis is a dislocated ankle.
Sources telling me JT Barrett has right ankle dislocation and probable broken bone. Was taken to hospital immediately.

Going into the game today, Ohio State sat at sixth in the College Football Playoff Rankings. They'll play either Wisconsin or Minnesota for the Big 10 title.
