Derrick Rose Leaves Game With "Hamstring Tightness"

Derrick Rose leaves tonight's matchup after halftime due to "hamstring tightness."

Honestly, we're not sure if this is even a story anymore. But you may want to know that Derrick Rose left tonight's game with "left hamstring tightness." Here's the tale as told by one of the Chicago Bulls' beat writers, Nick Friedell from his Twitter account:

1.

Brooks comes in for Rose after about 4 minutes. Derrick doesn't look into it tonight. Not aggressive at all.

2.

Rose didn't take part in warmups with his teammates at halftime. Hinrich starts the 2nd half at the point.

3.

Unclear why Rose isn't with the team -- he's not on the bench -- but he looked disinterested in 1st half and lacked aggression.

4.

Bulls PR says Rose has left hamstring tightness and will not return to the game.

We're thinking the Bulls just returned him from injury too quickly, but at this point it's impossible to tell.
