Charles Barkley Says He Isn't Going to Eat Another Meal Until the Lakers Win a Game

Could this be the latest fad diet?

1.

When are the Lakers going to win their first game of the 2014-15 NBA season? Will it be on Sunday against the Hornets? On Tuesday against the Grizzlies? Next month against the Pistons? Sadly, we have absolutely no idea, because Kobe Bryant & Co. are terrible this season. And while we don't think that the Lakers are going to go 0-82, we do think that wins are going to be few and far between for the Lake Show.

With that in mind, Charles Barkley started off last night's Inside the NBA show by making a bold declaration. He said that he is going to go on a hunger strike and refuse to eat a meal until the Lakers get their first win of the season. Er, maybe.

"I'm not gonna eat another meal until the Lakers win a game," he said, before thinking twice about what he had just said. "Let me rethink that."

Ha. Something tells us Chuck isn't going to skip any meals between now and the Lakers' first win. But if he actually went along with this, he'd probably end up looking like a contestant on The Biggest Loser before the end of the year.
