49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was fined for wearing Beats by Dre, instead of Bose headphones, this past Sunday.

The NFL has sent down their first fine regarding their Beats by Dre on camera ban, and the bill was addressed to none other than 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick. This would kind of make sense, since Kaepernick was a pitchman for the headphones, even appearing in a commercial for the product last season. When asked by a reporter if Beats by Dre would pick up the $10,000 tab, Kaepernick replied "We’ll let that be unanswered.”
