It looks like the Miami Heat are losing another player to free agency, though we reckon they probably don't give much of a shit about this one. That's because (according to sources) Michael Beasley has opted to sign with the Memphis Grizzlies on a non-guaranteed deal meaning he'll be pressing hard just to lock-up a minimum salary contract. Beasley (who also worked out for the Spurs and Lakers) is coming off of a year where he averaged a mere 15 minutes a game alongside averages of 7.9 PPG and 3.1 RPG. When the postseason came around, he hardly saw any action. Which means you probably won't see Miami fans burning his jersey in effigy at this news.
