Kevin Durant is still under contract with the Thunder for the next two years. So at the moment, the summer of 2016 should really be the absolute last thing on his mind. But already, it seems as though everyone wants to talk about the possibility of him leaving Oklahoma City to play for the Wizards when his current contract is up. So during a lengthy interview that he did with USA TODAY Sports recently, his impending free agency was the main topic of discussion—and KD detailed just how crazy things how gotten with regards to free agency talk when he goes back to his hometown of Seat Pleasant, Md.

"I go home, and everybody asks me [about the future]," he said. "Man, it's crazy. Like little kids, 4 years old. 'You coming to the Wizards?' Man, (expletive), how do you know about this? At 4 years old, I didn't even know what basketball players were. How do you know about free agency?"

In the interview, KD also talks about his decision to leave Team USA this summer ("Fuck 'em," he says when asked his opinion on people who criticized that decision), his love for Oklahoma City, and his disdain for those who don't think he has a killer instinct.
