On this episode of Adrien Broner's Shenanigans, someone ends up with a hand around his throat.
Unfortunately for Broner haters, that person isn't Broner. Things got a bit heated between him and his next challenger Emmanuel Taylor at a Thursday pre-fight conference. Judging from the above video, it doesn't look like anything was specifically poked at to cause the flaring tensions; egos were probably running wild. Broner is heard saying something along the lines of, "I'll beat that beard off your face."
It's a juvenile diss, but nonetheless, it's still a diss. That's something Taylor cannot stand for. He talked back, Broner pointed a finger, Taylor pointed back, and Broner gripped his neck. The two were separated quickly before punches were thrown.
It kind of goes without saying that courtesy goes out the window when that hand touches the throat. Taylor and Broner face off this Saturday. Such tensions probably won't simmer within two days.
