He's not gone just yet. But later this month, Kevin Love is going to leave Minnesota and head to Cleveland to play for the Cavaliers. And he's leaving because he essentially forced the Timberwolves to trade him this summer by telling them that he would not re-sign with them after the upcoming season. So right about now, you would think that T'wolves fans would be ripping, tearing, and—yes—burning their Kevin Love jerseys in anger.
As it turns out, though, Minnesota fans couldn't really care less about Love skipping town. In fact, in this video created by comedian Mike Brody, they seem really understanding of Love's desire to leave and wish him well.
